Boddie Ray Williams

May 27, 1988 — November 15, 2021

Boddie Ray Williams was Born May 27th, 1988 he lived an amazing life full of love and family.

On the 15th of Nov 2021 the life of Boddie Ray Williams aka “BOO BEAR” was cut short. As, he was taking his kids to school, he tragically lost his life. What you must know is, this man was not just a man at all, he was one of the most amazing souls that ever walked these mountains. His kindness, and devotion to his family was unmatched and he never once knew a stranger. He loved with an open heart and often, an even bigger open arm, BEAR HUG. Many of you know this to be true!!!!! He was the best of us. He served this country as a soldier for 4 years and proudly devoted his life to the betterment of it.

He would listen to your advice, then give you some, fix your car. Run an errand. And never ask you for anything. He loved his family more than anything, raising his sons and daughter to be amazing, and strong, just like he was. Cannon’s actions reflected the way he was raised helping his brother out of the car and calling for help just as Boddie taught him. Boddie never let them feel outcast or unloved, he supported their dreams and let them imagine.

He lived his whole life like that. He was the bravest man we all knew. And he protected his children in every action, even his last. His imagination and free spirit are what made him shine. It’s what made this world a brighter place. You had to love him; he was just warm. His soul will be forever missed, and we will forever honor him. His love of music, art and” BIG” imagination, should be celebrated as he would have wanted.

He is survived by his Mother Teresa Irene Wynkoop and Garry Meeks, Father: John Ray Smith Williams and his Wife Pat Williams. Fiancé Amanda Arnold and her mother Cindy Randolph. His kids: Jackson Ray Williams/ Cannon Edward Arnold/Trinity Nicole Williams/ Hayden Andreasen / His brother Coty Lee Williams and Wife Brittany Williams, Sister: Summer Nicole Pendleton and Keith Pendleton and his 7 nephews and 4 nieces. A celebration of Boddie's life will be celebrated at his mother's home at a later date.
