Elmer "Bo" Raymond Evans

Elmer (Bo) Raymond Evans, 64, passed away on September 15th, 2022 at University of Virginia Hospital surrounded by his loved ones.

He was born on October 26, 1957 to his beloved parents Carl Raymond Evans and Rosie Kathleen Evans, who he now joins in heaven after his long battle against rheumatoid arthritis in his lungs.

Bo is also reunited with his brother and sister Homer William Evans (Terri Evans) and Lillian (Pick) Pearline Carter, along with many other cherished family members and friends who are no longer with us.

Bo is survived by his wife of 44 years, Tammy Marie Evans, his daughter, Shelby Lynne Evans, his sister, Alma Kathleen Paschall, his best friend, Melvin Gunter, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

To respect his wishes, there will be no formal service. Anyone who knew Bo knows that the beach was his happy place. Joined by close family and friends, we will be scattering his ashes off the pier in Ocean City, MD on his birthday, October 26th, 2022.

Bo was a loving, funny, one-of-a-kind man who will never be replaced. We will all miss you very much.
