I was a member of Emma Jean's graduating class at Parry McCluer High School. In fact, being from a small town, our classmates knew each other from first grade. Word of Emma Jean's death is just spreading among us this week and we are all so sad, but full of happy memories to share. The common thread in our memories seems to be what a nice, kind, friendly and smart classmate she was.
Hunter, the class of 1959 sends love and condolences to you and your family.

What a huge loss for you all- I know Emma Jean was the rock in your family. She was certainly the rock in our CNU family for a long time and we were honored to work along side her and have her as a friend. She will be greatly missed . Wishing all your family peace and comfort and hoping time will be a healer.
