Family surrounded Jean Robinson when she passed on Monday, August 18, 2025, at the age of 91 years old.

Jean Robinson was born on March 1, 1934, in Faber, Virginia. She will be remembered for her love of bowling, traveling, cats, and socializing with her family and friends.

She is predeceased by her daughter, Janet Lei Perkins.

She is survived by her granddaughters: Jeanette (Shawn) George, Jacki (Larry) Dening and great granddaughter: Kinsey Dening, nephews: Billy Simpson, Michael (Patsy) Simpson, and nieces: Barbara Thompson and Mary (Ray) Ramsey.

A graveside service will be held at Ridgecrest Baptist Church and Cemetery, 14654 Thomas Nelson Hwy, Lovingston, VA 22949, on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 2:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lynchburg Humane Society in her name.
