Harold Clarry Proctor, 69, of Staunton passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at Lynchburg General Hospital.
He was born on July 2, 1956 in Norfolk, Virginia a son of the late Marvin Proctor and Sandra Mae Proctor.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 16, 2026 at Wells/Sheffield Funeral Chapel with Pastor Clyde Mawyer, Jr. officiating.
Interment will follow in the Ridgecrest Baptist Church Cemetery in Lovingston.
