Dear Tyler Family: So sorry to hear of Larry's passing. He will be greatly missed by many. I have known Larry since childhood and the good ole Belmont Boys days. During adulthood we continued to be friends through the Elk's Club. May you all find peace with good memories of him. Respectfully yours, Ralph Giannini

Diana, I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you and your family. Larry was quite a guy. We had tons of fun going to the dirt track auto races in Waynesboro, Natural Bridge, Chantilly, Saluda ans Winchester. May he rest in peace, Nelson Jones

Diana, my condolences to you and the entire Tyler Family. Mutt was quite the character. He always had the ability to bring out joy and laughter to so many people in so many places! A real American! God Bless!

I remember Richard and I went with y'all in your van to the Music City Bowl. I took dramamine and slept the whole way. When Mutt would stop for gas, I would wake up and then go back to sleep. That was a fun trip.

It's never easy losing a loved one, but you can remember the good times.

Cousin Mutt was a TRUE character and anyone who knew him laughed hard! Memories of him are fond and he'll be greatly missed by many!

There was only one created like Mutt Tyler. Always joking. Coaching our softball team someone slid into third and got hurt. Mutt called for time and ran onto the field with his child's doctor kit in the little plastic black bag and immediately started rendering first aid using his toy stethoscope. I could tell you dozens more stories but I won't. Twenty-three year member of IBEW Local 1181.
