Born July 2, 1966 he was the son of the late Claude Calvin Herder and Ellen Marie Turner Herder.
A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at the Turner Family Cemetery in Lovingston, Virginia.
